After Gy. Erzsébet Németh and the Democratic Coalition also questioned the responsibility of János Áder's sister in the pardon case, the former president of the republic announced that his brother would file several complaints in the case.

announcement was published on the website of the Democratic Coalition

"Gy. Erzsébet Németh: János Áder's brother knew about the pedophile director from Bicske, yet he did nothing as the head of the capital's child protection department.

In addition to the above statement, the representative of the DK parliament stated that "during the mayorship of István Tarlós, two employees of the orphanage in Bicske already told the capital in 2011 that the director of the orphanage could harass the children, yet nothing happened", and: "The case reached the Department of Education, Child and Youth Protection of the Capital City, whose head at the time was Annamária Áder Pölöskei Gáborné, brother of János Áder. He should have known what the director was doing with the children living in the children's home in Bicske, yet he did nothing, so the pedophile director could harass the children entrusted to him for another 5 years".

The announcement also states that "Gáborné Áder Annamária Pölöskei was promoted after her silence, and became Zoltán Balog's secretary of state".

Gy. Erzsébet Németh spoke about this at her press conference on February 22. Katalin Novák announced her resignation on February 10, following public outrage following the publication of the presidential pardon granted to Endre K., convicted in the Bicske pedophile case.

János Áder: All three statements are untrue, false statements

Regarding the case, János Áder revealed:

I don't have legal standing in this case, but my sister does. I can say on his behalf that it was clear from the first moment that he would have to sue, so he is also filing two lawsuits against Erzsébet Gy. Németh. All three of Erzsébet Gy. Németh's statements are untrue and false statements, and with this she not only violated my sister's honor, but also defamed her and accused her of things she did not commit.

The former head of state also said that two reports will be filed: a criminal case may be filed on suspicion of defamation, and a civil case may be filed on suspicion of violation of personal rights.

János Áder sincerely hopes that

"Gy. Erzsébet Németh does not hide behind her right to immunity, and her lawyer will not waste time with all kinds of procedural practices, and they will create an opportunity for the court to deliver justice as soon as possible".

The former president of the republic also said that if the court awards damages to his sister, he will donate it entirely to the orphanage in Bicske.
