The local government knew about the incident that caused great outrage since February 23, i.e. the beginning of the police data collection.
It is possible that the SE and current XI. district management has known about the case for days - this is what the founder of the Young Families Club (Ficsak) wrote on social media on Friday after the pedophile case in Újbuda broke out. Nóra Király put it this way:
Parents sent me the letter, in which the director of Gazdagréti Kindergarten informed them that the police had initiated proceedings against a former employee of Szivární Kindergarten on suspicion of sexual coercion.
The Ficsak founder added: the first information is shocking and outrageous.
In relation to the part of Nóra Király's post concerning the municipality, it is worth recalling that the leftist-led Újbuda explained to the press :
they knew about the case since February 23, that is, since the beginning of the police data collection. The parents were therefore informed about the situation after a week, which is a fact even if, according to the municipality, the official notification about the order of the investigation was received on February 29.
It is also noteworthy: in the communique, it was also claimed that no complaints had previously been received either by the management of the kindergarten or the municipality regarding the work of the pedagogical assistant concerned. However, according to our information, the parents had been suspicious of the man for quite some time, and the parents of a boy reported the problem to the kindergarten teachers, then to the kindergarten teachers, and to the head of the institution. But - as we know - since the suspect's mother works for the municipality, they did not dare to take action against her.
As we wrote, on Friday the police raided the kindergarten employee against whom the XI. The District Police Department is investigating. The Buda Central District Court decided on Saturday to arrest the teaching assistant. The Judicial Monitoring and Mental Rehabilitation Institute (IMEI) was designated as the place of detention.
We know that the probably homosexual man is currently suspected of sexual coercion against a person under the age of 14. According to our information, the pedagogic assistant may have sex with a small child in the washroom on the premises of the kindergarten. In addition, the court order also states: there is also data that the suspect committed sexual violence against children under his supervision who were under the age of 12. He is not yet suspected of the latter.
