It is possible that the irresponsible campaign of his own party, the Democratic Coalition, caused the death of seventy-one-year-old András Penz. In February, the DK politician received the notification about the date and place of the vaccination against the coronavirus, but he refused the Chinese Sinopharm vaccine offered to him.

In February, András Penz received the notification about the date and place of the vaccination against the coronavirus, which he refused. After that, he became infected, but after he was admitted to the hospital, the doctors could no longer save the life of the elderly, vulnerable man, who died on March 26.

On March 20, the Kistarcsa local government representative of the Democratic Coalition (DK) announced on social media that he had tested positive for the virus, and four days later he informed that he had been transferred to the Uzsoki Utcai Hospital's coronavirus patient ward. At the same time, it was revealed from his previous post on March 2 that he himself was not vaccinated, but his wife took the opportunity and administered the Chinese vaccine to herself. We know that András Penz was also given an appointment, so if he had not refused the opportunity to be vaccinated, he would probably still be alive today.

However, instead of administering the Chinese vaccine, the politician of the DK campaigned very actively against the Eastern vaccine, joining in his party's irresponsible campaign against Sinopharm. On January 20, he shared on Facebook the petition launched by the Gyurcsány party against the use of the Chinese vaccine, urging his friends to sign it.

Later, on February 3, he suggested in a post that there could be a problem with Eastern vaccines because their manufacturers do not apply for their European authorization. András Penz again promoted the anti-vaccination petition on February 24, this time demanding a free choice of vaccine.

Shortly before his illness, on March 14, the DK politician shared an article on social media that hinted at corruption in vaccine procurement, adding the following comment to the article: "Now we understand why political pressure had to be put on OGYÉI. " With all of this, Penz clearly indicated that, in his view, the government approved Sinopharm's vaccine in our country faster than the EU authority out of business interests.
