This week, in the series of healthy and tasty dishes, Péter Buday shows how to make pork patties with celery, carrots and millet. The chef's "student" Norbert Heizler is the national coordinator of the CÖF.

Recipe: Pork patties made with celery, carrots and millet

Ingredients:

300 g minced pork belly

g minced
celery 80 g egg juice
10 g fine salt
2 g crushed garlic
25 g corn
20 g chopped green parsley
400 g millet boiled in unsalted water

Preparation:

- I knead the ingredients and shape them into patties.
-On baking paper greased with cooking oil, sprinkle the top of the scones with cooking oil spray and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees C for 25 minutes.
-Of course, it can also be fried in plenty of fat, but the fat absorbed by the meat patties will only end up in the consumer unnecessarily.
-You can also cook it in balls, but if it is not cooked properly, it may fall apart in hot water.

Preparation of millet: I sprinkle the millet into the hot water and steam it under the lid until ready.
Cooking ratio: 1 part millet to 2 parts water. When I make millet this way, because I am enriching something with it, I do not add salt to the pouring water.
