A request appeared on the National Weather Service's Facebook page after the comments turned nasty last night.

All this may have happened because weaker weather events occurred instead of the issued forecast . Although there were showers and thunderstorms in several places, the really intense developments were in the territory of Slovakia. It was emphasized that the issued warning forecasts do not mean that thunderstorms or storms will occur with a 100 percent probability!

The warning forecast and alarm therefore do not guarantee the occurrence of the given dangerous weather event at a given point in the affected area.

This is how the meteorologists conclude:

"We know that it's Mother's Day, and that mothers are mentioned almost all year round by meteorologists , but let's not cross a line! last night's comments had to be moderated , as a lot of people crossed a certain tolerance limit.

Thank you in advance if you respect the above!"
