The Rákóczi Association announced an unusual student travel tender for high school class communities in Hungary and abroad in connection with the National Day of Cohesion on June 4 and the Year of the National New Beginning.

The aim of the program is for as many high school class communities as possible to visit locations related to decisive events in Hungarian history as part of domestic field trips in accordance with the epidemiological regulations. The traveling students visit at least a hundred historical monuments throughout the Carpathian Basin.
The Association continuously reviewed the requests received for the announced tender, so that the trip could be organized and conducted as efficiently as possible. The schools could apply for a travel grant worth HUF 300,000.

The success of the tender is indicated by the fact that more than 10,000 students from about 300 secondary schools in the Carpathian Basin will travel to almost 100 historical monuments in the spirit of national renewal and togetherness, with the unusual student travel program of the Rákóczi Association.
