On 02/05/2021, the following article by Balázs Bácskai was published in the civic daily Magyar Nemzet: " János Gálvölgyi's Kossuth Award will be revoked ." According to the article, Dec. At the end of 2006, János Gálvölgyi called the crowd representing the Hungarian people peacefully protesting in front of our Parliament a mob and other vile epithets in the program of the YouTube channel Partizán.

Our group of friends, which were members of the Thököly Civic Circle, were deeply shocked by the event described in the article. But perhaps even more so is János Gálvölgyi's expression of unfounded ugliness.

We were daily participants in the peaceful protest movements on Kossuth Square, we were happy to listen to the lectures of the famous people who performed there and the shows of the artists, who all behaved dignified and exemplary and served the cause of the "spontaneous revolution" with their talent.

After 2010, with the 2/3 victory, the Civic Circle movement flattened out by itself, as it fulfilled its purpose and mostly ceased to exist.

Before the municipal elections, it seems that there was a lack of a base that would have been better able to mobilize the vacillating people in the direction of the civil parties. This may also have contributed to the advance of the Gyurcsányist divided opposition.

In our opinion, there is a great need now to organize a peaceful movement in a wider forum in order to curb the unscrupulous, vile left-wing forces. If we don't act in time, we will lose and the promised Gyurcsány revenge will come!

Young people must also be shown the will of the majority of the Hungarian people and their trust in the future must be founded with our peaceful, exemplary movements.

In the spirit of the above, we ask for the effective expansion of the CÖF movement and protest against the vile expressions of the opposition representatives.

In relation to the cited article, we would also like to ask János Gálvölgyi with an open letter to retract his statements regarding the crowd peacefully protesting in front of our Parliament in the fall of 2006 with baseless accusations and insulting comments and to apologize!
