The European Commission has switched to serial mode: Gyöngyöspata reloaded - Fidesz representative László Horváth wrote on his social media page in connection with the fact that the European Commission (EC) has launched an infringement procedure against Hungary.

The politician stated: the accusation is based on the law submitted by him and then adopted by the large majority of the parliament, according to which education and training can be awarded instead of money in school lawsuits similar to the one in Gyöngyöspatai. "With this law, we put an end to the segregation business, the money-making actions created by the Soros organizations," László Horváth added.

According to the representative, time has vindicated them in everything: the winners of the 100 million forints unjustly awarded in the Gyöngyöspat school lawsuit did not spend a single penny on education, but the law prevented further money-making lawsuits, and the school guards brought discipline and security to the institutions, he pointed out.

László Horváth stated: they stand up for their rights even in front of the European Commission and ensure the conditions for children's calm learning and teaching.

"The only purpose of this breach of duty procedure - and I said this in advance - is to put Hungary on the dock again and try to brand it as a racist on the basis of trumped-up charges. They are attacking a law on the charge of origin discrimination, which applies to all students, regardless of origin," said the representative.

"It's another EC match, but we won't kneel here either, we'll get involved! Go Hungary!" - the government politician concluded his post.
