At the opening mass on Friday afternoon, the crucifix from Csatka was ceremoniously brought to the center of the church, between the icon of the weeping Mary and the altar of the Holy Cross, where the relic of Christ's cross is kept.

After the Holy Mass, Ábel Szocska introduced the participants to each other in the conference hall of Családvár, followed by János Székely's lecture on the angelic welcome. At the beginning of his speech, the bishop emphasized that gypsy ministry is not easy, but neither is the Christian path. He thanked the work of all those who participate in the integration, through whom good relations are born.
