Municipalities in small settlements that want to receive support for the implementation of their events can submit their applications from today.

According to the announcement of the Prime Minister's Office, in order to restart community and cultural life, the government will provide resources within the framework of the Hungarian Village Program for all settlements with fewer than 5,000 permanent residents, according to the records of the Ministry of the Interior on January 1, 2021 The support is available for all registered small settlements. Each participant can submit only one claim, in which he can indicate several programs, up to a maximum of HUF 1 million gross. The cost of organizing the village days authorized since June 14, 2021 will also be covered from the amount.
