According to the signs, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán is not only a good politician, but also an explorer. Now he had to realize that the supposedly chased, closed CEU had either been trespassed, or – this is more likely – everything the globalists claimed about it was a blatant lie. The Prime Minister commented on the event as follows:

"It's time! A conference was held in downtown Budapest, namely in the CEU building, on Nádor Street. For years, I have been hearing from liberal politicians and the media supporting them that the Hungarian government closed it and chased the university out of Budapest. According to news reports , an international conference open to the press took place on the university's Budapest campus on September 16 and 17 , which was attended by prominent representatives of liberal academic and political life. How could all this happen? So that those who have been campaigning to close the university so far have obviously not been telling the truth.

We Hungarians are not surprised, because we know how György Soros and his team work. The Hungarian speculator always knew how to present actions against his business enterprises as if they were terrible social injustices or evil, anti-Semitic attacks against his person. But what did the reputable researchers, politicians and intellectuals who appeared and presented at the conference think? How did they coordinate their university performance with the lie that CEU was chased out of Budapest by the Hungarian government? I wonder how these scientists, professionals, and politicians feel now, who have lost their entire professional credibility because they stood up to the lies spread by György Soros and his global network? Embarrassing, very embarrassing. Perhaps a conference should be organized on this topic at the CEU Budapest campus.

Hungary is being attacked in connection with the Soros University because it did not allow the speculator billionaire to continue abusing his power. In the 1990s, Soros' loyal ally Bálint Magyar , the Minister of Education of the liberal ex-communist government, made a rule that gave the Soros University an unjustified competitive advantage over Hungarian universities. We closed this loophole and ordered that all foreign universities established in Hungary operate under the same conditions and comply with the legislation. All universities fulfilled the legal requirements without any problems. There was only one exception: the Soros University. For its founder, it was more profitable to cry wolf and organize an international campaign against Hungary than to give up the acquired privileges.

Lies beget lies. Here is the top list of the biggest liars and lies.

- Guy Verhofstadt wrote about "shame affecting the whole of Europe".

- Judith Sargentini said in a self-produced short film: CEU was chased away.

- And the 2020 country report prepared by the European Commission says: "CEU has completed its scientific activities in Hungary".

It is a shame for the entire EU that the factually false statements in question serve as the basis for EU legal proceedings.

Quo vadis Europe?

In other words, Viktor Orbán ends his speech with a question: Where is Europe going? Knowing the current situation and aspirations, the answer is extremely bitter: towards the abyss.
