The "For the Memory of the Revolution and Freedom Struggle of 56" Foundation of the Hungarian Countryside National 56 Organization is holding a commemoration on the 65th anniversary of the 1956 Revolution and Freedom Struggle on October 21, 2021 (Thursday) from 4:00
p.m.
There will be a wreath-laying ceremony at the plaque located in the building of the Veszprém County Police Headquarters (Veszprém, Bajcsy-Zsilinszky út 2.)
Festive speech: Péter Ovádi, Member of Parliament, Ministerial Commissioner
In the festive program, Zselyke Ida Pintér, a 4th-grade student of the Reformed Primary School in Csopak, will recite a recital.
There will be another memorial service on Saturday, October 23 at 10:00 a.m.
Wreath-laying in Veszprém at Alsóváros Cemetery. The commemoration is led by Péter Béndek.
