The Crown Prince of Dubai, Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, visited the Hungarian Pavilion of the Dubai World Expo. The pavilion, which was included among the 15 most special buildings, also impressed the crown prince, according to the announcement of the Hungarian Tourism Agency (MTÜ).

On November 2, the Crown Prince of Dubai was accompanied by a delegation of 40 people to the Hungarian Pavilion at the Dubai World Expo.

THE EXHIBITION IN THE BUILDING PRESENTS THE SPECIAL WATER SUPPLY OF OUR COUNTRY AND THE RICH MINERAL CONTENT OF OUR MEDICINAL WATERS WITH NEVER SEEN, EXCITING SOLUTIONS.

A decoration imitating a stream on the floor accompanies the guests through the various stations of the exhibition. You can get to know Hungary's famous spa towns and Budapest's famous spas with interactive tools. The special wall reminiscent of an aquarium comes to life when you touch it, and the beautiful view of Lake Hévíz is revealed to visitors up close.

THE INTERNATIONALLY PUBLISHED HÉVÍZ INSTALLATION ALSO IMPRESSED THE CROWN PRINCE, AND THE CITY OF HÉVÍZ ATTRACTED HIS ATTENTION AS A TOURIST DESTINATION.

The Crown Prince was accompanied to visit the Hungarian Pavilion by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, who, among other things, is the CEO and founder of the Emirates Group and the Chairman of the Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, as well as His Highness Sheikh Mansoor Bin Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, who participated in the visit and the Dubai Sports Council also its president.

The Hungarian Pavilion is located in the Mobility district of the world exhibition.

HAZÁNKE IS THE FIRST WOODEN BUILDING NOT ONLY AT THE WORLD'S EXHIBITION, BUT IN THE ENTIRE PERSIAN GULF REGION. The building is one of the sensations of the exhibition.

The pavilion was designed by Imre Makovecz's former student and colleague, Lőrinc Csernyus, and then assembled by 17 Hungarian carpenters over the course of months. Not a single drop of water was used during construction, thus connecting to one of the main themes of the expo, sustainability.
