Brussels has provided 700,000 euros in humanitarian aid to migrants stranded on the Belarusian border, the European Union's executive body in Brussels announced on Wednesday.

The Hungarian border, and thus the European Union, has been protected by the Hungarian fence since 2015. The Hungarian government has so far spent more than 1.5 billion euros, almost HUF 600 billion, on border protection, so according to the government's point of view, it can be legitimately expected that Brussels will reimburse the costs of border protection to the countries protecting the external borders after six years.

In the first round, the committee transferred 200,000 euros to the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). This support is part of the overall EU contribution to the Disaster Relief Emergency Fund managed by the IFRC, which is delivered to the Belarusian Red Cross aid organization. The committee has also mobilized an additional 500,000 euros in funding and is negotiating with the EU's humanitarian partner organizations in order to use the funds. Janez Lenarcic, the EU responsible for crisis management, asked humanitarian organizations to continuously deliver support to this large group of refugees and migrants.

The European Commission is ready to provide funding to cover urgent needs as soon as humanitarian partner organizations have unimpeded access to migrants stuck at the borders, he added. Ursula von der Leyen , the president of the committee, emphasized in her Twitter message: "Europe is on the side of the people stuck on the Belarusian border, we are ready to do more for them. However, the Belarusian regime must stop deceiving people into traps and putting them in danger," the commission president pointed out. The aid provided by the EU will cover food, blankets, hygiene and first aid kits and their transport.

Viktor Orbán called on Brussels again for the board to reimburse the costs of the Hungarian border protection measures. Since 2015, the Hungarian border fence has protected the security of not only Hungary, but also the European Union. In recent weeks, Viktor Orbán has spoken about his continued struggle to ensure that Brussels pays at least part of the defense costs. In her letter to Ursula von der Leyen, the President of the European Commission (EC), the Prime Minister stated: it is time for the EC to do what it should have done years ago: recognize that the protection of the external borders is an indisputable manifestation of European solidarity, and the efforts of the member states in this direction deserve recognition and support. Last Friday, the government spokesperson drew attention to the fact that the government has so far spent more than 1.5 billion euros, almost HUF 600 billion, on border protection, protecting not only the Hungarian people and the Hungarian border, but the entire European Union from illegal migration. Thus, it can be legitimately expected that Brussels reimburses the costs of border protection to the countries protecting the external borders.

2022plus: Nothing has changed in the world. The chorus of whiners from Brussels, who constantly lie about Hungary and Poland, sometimes preach about the "importance of protecting the borders", but they have no idea to take this seriously. As well as not doing anything for the indigenous European minorities. everything for migrants - our lives and blood, and of course our money.

Ocsmány is a gang dictating in Brussels. We have to ask the question more and more loudly: how long can we tolerate it? Because the rampage of demented EU leaders has to be put an end to. Before it's too late...
