Many professionals and church leaders have already expressed their thoughts on the subject, most recently the County Bishop of Szombathely János Székely wrote an open letter to "our brothers who think differently" on the topic of sex education. The head pastor explained about same-sex relationships: "we believe that reality is not our enemy, it is not an obstacle to freedom, but at the same time, true freedom is not arbitrariness detached from reality. Rather, we should guess the beautiful harmony that is written into our world, our body, our soul, and we should learn to live in harmony with it".

According to his point of view, a person who is attracted to the same sex should not be despised, ostracized or condemned, but should be treated with love and respect, and this should be taught to children, but only from the age of 14, "when such more specific aspects of sexuality can already be discussed". , however, "children should not be taught that living with the same gender is completely natural, or that changing gender is completely natural and anyone who feels like it can do it".

János Székely stated: the child has the right to have a mother and father who help him in the harmonious development of his sexuality, as well as the right to be born.
