The proceedings will continue in March, when the wife of Tamás Gyárfás and retired police colonel Lajos Kovács, who from the beginning hinted at the involvement of Tamás Gyárfás in the Fenyő murder case, will be heard as witnesses.

The presentation of the documents and the hearings can only take place after that, so the announcement of the first instance judgment is expected to be made during the parliamentary elections at the earliest. But even this can be delayed if there is another evidentiary motion either by the accused or the defense, or by the representative of the prosecution, or by the court.

The sports manager did not immediately file a complaint, but went to his friend Sándor Ihász and András Horváth , the ministerial commissioner in charge of the investigation of settlement cases in the 90s.
