The investigation committee set up in the City Hall case will meet again on Monday. The audio recordings also show that if the left wins next year, the country would be sold to foreign companies. Gordon Bajnai started to explain yesterday, he remembers that he was the one who suggested that the capital's management should not negotiate with "sharks".

Mayor Gergely Karácsony denied everything when Index wrote for the first time on November 4 that the capital was planning to sell the City Hall. In his post, he called the information fake news and claimed no action was taken to sell it. After the assignment contract came to light, Karácsony wrote: "I repeat: no decision was made on the sale of the City Hall, but the Metropolitan Municipality did not take any steps to do so." However, the refutation did not have to wait long.

Anonymus made new audio recordings public every week, and finally the mayor had to admit that the sale of the City Hall was still included in the ideas, a decision-making study was prepared on this in November 2020. In one of the recordings, Balázs Barts, the CEO of the capital management company, talked about selling the building, and the idea has already reached the mayor's cabinet. It also turned out that all the parties of the coalition supporting Karácsony were aware of the plans.

Later, a real estate agent appeared, who confirmed that on May 5, the sale of several properties, including the City Hall, was discussed in the office of the capital asset manager in the presence of Balázs Barts.

However, the identity of the real leader remains a secret, since Zsolt Berki appeared in this role at the meeting, about whom the leaders of the capital city supposedly know nothing, but according to the real estate agent, he acted as if he represented the municipality himself, and even about the commission system also spoke, from which those in higher positions benefited.
The audio recordings not only exposed the commission system, but also referred to the real estate sales organization operating like a mafia. The stakeholders also talked about how they would adapt the buildability of the properties, the issuance of the necessary official permits to the interests of the investor, and even the need to initiate modifications in protected or protected areas - as in the case of Mocsárosdülő - would not be an obstacle.

In relation to City Hall Gate, the capital's left-wing leadership has so far not clarified a single essential issue, their explanations are clearly refuted by the recordings made public by Anonymus. Among others, former left-wing Prime Minister Gordon Bajnai and Gyula Gansperger, whom he called his old comrade-in-arms, also spoke about the commission system, through which real estate in the capital can be sold under grass. By the way, Bajnai has a decisive role at the City Hall, he himself said: "I know a lot of people who sit there. Some of them were my colleagues in the Prime Minister's Office or people working in the government. And I recommended many of them there because of their talent."

Elsewhere, Gansperger detailed that foreign capitalist circles are behind the opposition, whose Hungarian man Bajnai is. "In Hungary, foreign forces and financiers are basically behind the movement of the entire opposition, don't you think? (…) Right, who are these forces? Right, one part of this is the Soros empire, let's put it this way. The other part, the big capital groups, Germany, the United States mainly, who would like to have influence here. I think that Gordon is the man for them," declared Gansperger, who said that some foreign capitalist circles have a clear financial interest in the overthrow of the Orbán government, and that they support the opposition because they could make serious financial gains during the left-wing governments.
