Metropol reached the lawyer, who helps Imre Mártha, the top manager of the capital's utility companies, to hide his enormous wealth with a strawman contract. In this way, Mártha can take back his company, which hides billions in real estate, at any time, for a sum of money. In the meantime, a police report has already been filed in the case.
The lawyer is a bit like Colombo's wife: we know he exists, but he is never seen. Running away from the public, Dr. S.S.L.L. a lawyer who, according to the documents obtained by Metropol, is clearly the son of Imre Mártha. Finally, the paper, XII. district and tried to talk to him.

Metropol tried to talk to the lawyer for more than a week. His colleagues first told them to come the next afternoon, then no one opened the door for them at the appointed time.
The neighborhood is elegant, the bourgeois part of the 12th district, with multi-storey old bourgeois houses, rows of trees, well-maintained portals, modern intercoms. Only the big guys keep an office here. Unfortunately, Metropol's staff could not get through the intercom. They said the lawyer isn't in yet.
They tried on the phone the next day. According to one of his colleagues, he wasn't there then either, but as he said, he would definitely be in the office the next day and receive the paper late in the morning. Then they didn't even get past the entrance gate of the apartment building at the agreed time. They were told via the intercom that the lawyer did not want to comment.
The secretary did not answer their next calls. From then on, it was as if they didn't even want to answer the phone. After that, the office cannot be reached from a foreign phone number.
According to Gyula Budai's opinion, the company dealing with real estate development and real estate marketing does not operate on merit, its activity is only to keep the real estate assets secret.
Based on all of this, the member of parliament came to the conclusion that Imre Mártha and his business partner clearly concluded the contract on the right to purchase in order to hide the real estate assets brought into Lázár Houses Kft. from the authorities, but at the same time, it is suggested that the company carried out a sham economic activity.
In essence, the lawyer is only nominally the owner of the company. 26 percent, its real owner is Imre Mártha. According to Gyula Budai, these circumstances establish the suspicion of fraud, which is why it is necessary for the police to investigate the matter within the framework of an investigation.
