Some of the rainbow organizations are campaigning in a repulsive way against the child protection referendum taking place at the same time as the parliamentary elections.

The gangs who want to create aberrant youth, who want to raise unfortunates from normal children who lose their gender identity, encourage those who may vote invalidly on this issue. They would be happy if figures in skirts and beards could enter kindergartens and schools and show Kohn Bendits ...I can't even describe them.

Of course, normal parents would do something completely different with the tools, but it would still be a more cultured way to prevent child abuse if it were possible to simply vote out those with strange tendencies from educational institutions. Of course it can be, this is the purpose of the referendum.

However, the rainbow counter-campaign is not "only" in favor of the aberration, but also against the referendum and the institution of democratic decision-making. The question is whether this is legally possible at all? Magyar Hírlap sought the answer when jr. Krisztina Kochan put her questions to Constitutional Lawyer Zoltán Lomnici . We quote a part of the interview.

MH: – Is it morally acceptable to encourage people to fill in the election forms incorrectly?

LZ: – It is not only morally unacceptable, but also goes against the entire spirit of democratic processes. It is a constitutional principle that the holder of power is the people, and the people exercise their power indirectly, through their elected representatives, exceptionally directly. Parliamentary elections and referendums are highly important parts of the democratic exercise of power.

A responsible citizen's decision is a priority interest of our country. The incitement to fill in the ballot papers incorrectly is primarily relevant in the context of the referendum, and not on the parliamentary election ballot, since in the latter case the parties' interest is not that people vote invalidly, but that they cast their vote for the given party. The situation is different with the referendum, because according to the Basic Law, the national referendum is only valid if more than half of all voters have voted validly. Accordingly, if "enough" invalid votes are cast, the referendum may be invalid, regardless of whether the vast majority of valid voters who respect the legal institution would give the same answer to the question.

MH: - What are the "traditions" of this practice in our country?

LZ:to George Soros tend to call on citizens to cast invalid votes, and in doing so they not only abuse the opportunity given by the threshold of validity declared in the Basic Law, but also engage in anti-democratic behavior.

In connection with both the 2016 referendum on mandatory resettlement and the child protection referendum to be held on April 3rd, the morally unacceptable situation arose that NGOs professing the ideology of an open society, working to reduce domestic democratic processes, called for a so-called "active boycott ” they urge voters. In the case of the quota referendum, the Hungarian Helsinki Committee used this anti-democratic tool, and in connection with the child protection referendum, ten NGOs are proposing the same in a network-like manner.

MH: - By now, parties have joined them. What do you think about this?

LZ: – The social purpose of parties is to contribute to the formation and expression of the will of the people, as well as to provide organizational frameworks for citizen participation in political life. Despite this, both the Hungarian Two-Tailed Dog Party and Momentum encourage their sympathizers to participate in the referendum by casting invalid votes.

Improper exercise of law during decision-making is promoted, and its implementation as an element of the election campaign is tried to be set up as a socially useful activity. However, by doing this, the left-wing parties not only take a stand in favor of LGBTQ propaganda, but also destroy social trust in democratic processes , and ultimately put a prominent social interest such as the moral protection of children in parentheses.
