The 24-year-old lady worked as a constituency organizer for Jobbik. As he recorded in several official submissions, confirmed by his signature, he went to the guest house in Ököritófülpös, Szabolcs-Szatmár county, where the crime took place, without suspicion.
Bors obtained the submissions and documents in the case, which clearly show that it is a crime, an attempt at forced sexual intercourse.

They prepared so thoroughly to commit the crime that they even placed a bodyguard in front of the door!
The culprit then pushed down his pants and dragged the protesting lady into the bathroom, accompanied by obscene words.
HE PRESSED HIM AGAINST THE WALL, DRESSED HER UNSUITED, AND PRESSED HIS GENITAL ORGAN TO HIM, VIOLENTLY TRYING TO HAVE INTERCUSSION.
Fortunately, another right-wing politician who remained sober heard the cries for help and rushed to the victim's aid. He entered the room and banged on the bathroom door until the culprit was forced to open the door and the lady was able to escape.

AFTER THE EVENTS, THE VICTIM LEFT THE SCENE, WHILE HE IMMEDIATELY CALLED HIS PARTNER, GYORGY SZILÁGYI, THE VICE PRESIDENT OF THE RIGHT, WHO PERSONALLY TOLD THE STORIES TO PARTY SPEAKER JAKAB PÉTER AND CHIEF OF CABINET ENIS MOLKEN IN THE PARLIAMENT BUILDING A FEW DAYS LATER.
They then turned to the ethics committee of the party with an official submission. However, Péter Jakab and Enikő Molnár have been trying to cover up the crime ever since, using all their influence. They were not even willing to initiate the requested ethical investigation. The victim of sexual violence then turned to the law enforcement authorities.
