András Sváby said on the ATV program that "the fleeing Russian soldiers are also practically taken down." It turned out: he was commenting on recordings of a computer game.

ATV's Heti Napló program, András Sváby's guest was Russia expert András Rácz, with whom the presenter examined the Russian-Ukrainian war from the point of view of armaments. In the program, however, Sváby discussed a recording that, according to the commentators under the ATV video, as well as the expert interviewed by our newspaper, comes from a computer game.

As the presenter put it: "from the amazing set of videos that we receive through the various channels, we have now selected four or five videos, we have sent them to you, so you were able to prepare from them, please show us the first video from this. Here we will see within moments [...] that Russian tanks are being shot at by drones on one bayraktan or several bayraktans." (The presenter was probably thinking of the Bayraktar TB2 unmanned combat aircraft here - ed.)

During the presentation of the recording, András Sváby emphasizes in the background: " they shoot out these tanks with amazing accuracy, and afterwards you can also see that the fleeing Russian soldiers are also practically taken down".

He added: "otherwise, this recording is shocking, regardless of which side you support or push for, because there are people here, people are dying" . As the presenter put it: "we cannot verify the origin of these videos,

András Sváby then asked expert András Rácz whether Russia was prepared for these "modern warfare tools, say the Bayraktán drones". Without speaking about the authenticity of the video, András Rácz said in response to the question:  the Russians "knew that the Ukrainians had something like this."
