Since the outbreak of the war, the left-wing press has tried to influence Hungarian public opinion as an enthusiastic advocate of intervention in the conflict, and later as the biggest supporter of sanctions against Russia. While the Hungarian government protects the Hungarian people from the consequences of wartime inflation with price caps, left-wing journalists do their best to downplay the effectiveness of these measures.

Through the recent example below, we can gain a new insight into the operation of the left-wing media, who, in addition to having a say in the smallest decisions in the lives of ordinary people, are also at the forefront of fake news production.  , Zsolt Sarkadi, transferred from 444 to Telex

The journalist then asked Gergely Gulyás: why is gasoline not free in Hungary?

In his response, the minister in charge of the Prime Minister's Office emphasized that people's lives are affected to such a large extent by wartime inflation that "wherever we can protect them from it, we should do so." Therefore, the introduction and maintenance of high-price fuel is a good measure, as thanks to this we do not unleash high market prices on single consumers.

This could be the end of the story if Telex had not published an article a few days later in which it is suggested that Gergely Gulyás would give away gasoline for free, even though he should encourage people to save in order to protect the Planet.

"Gulyás would give the gasoline for free, but he should rather be concerned with curbing driving," is the misleading claim attributed to Gergely Gulyás in the title of article

In the video below (at 2:35), you can see that the question of free gasoline was raised by a Telex journalist, and not Gergely Gulyás who proposed it. In fact, he half-jokingly responded to the suggestion, mentioning that fuel is free in countries that are oil majors.

If we are talking about left-wing media enthusiastic about sanctions, we should also mention the ominous case when one of the 444 journalists spoke in ATV that the economic measures introduced against Russia must also hurt us Hungarians. Surprisingly, it was still about the oil embargo. Márton Vég of 444 stated that "currently, it is not possible to introduce a sanction that does not hurt. I think it must hurt us a little too. (…) It will obviously hurt Europe and it will also hurt Hungary. It causes an economic downturn, it causes inflation and the GDP will also fall further, but morally I think this is right!"

After this, it can be almost certain that if the left were in government, supplemented by the media machine, then the current crisis would have swept Hungary long ago.
