It is well known that Dr. László Csizmadia is a determined supporter of healthy public catering. This is succinctly summarized in the "CÖF cookbook", the beautiful volume of Ízig Váráz on the other hand, in the context of supporting local communities, it tries to help family, kindergarten and school caterers professionally, financially and organizationally.

He claims that "from nursery to adulthood, our eating habits decide whether or not we have established our health through the mediation of the correct rules". And considering that the influence and organization of the Civil Solidarity Forum extends beyond our current political borders – the CET, the Civil Cooperation Council, represents this – I was very happy to meet a similar gastronomic endeavor in Transylvania. There, brother Csaba, a similar process began. He expressed it this way:

"Are we being deceived? We deserve it!! Why don't we produce our own food that is good, delicious and healthy, why do we need others to feed us!? Let's rediscover agricultural work, the "farming" that makes people human, and let our gardens and lands be our "stores"!!"

And perhaps it is no coincidence that brother Csaba's relative, Dr. Kálmán Böjthe, who settled back home from Germany, set himself the goal of enriching the selection of food on the family table by embracing Hungarian innovations. The most effective way to do this is to bring food developments to the market. Embracing the students of the Hungarian University of Agricultural and Life Sciences (MATE), he stood behind the developments, using his professional experience to help protect innovations and mobilizing production capacities, he started the production of products for the food industry.

He founded a new brand called "Déli Harangszó" Foods produced with the help of such technological developments create an opportunity for food rich in vitamins and minerals to reach consumers' tables.

This year's in Csíkszentsimon on October 22-23, are a good opportunity to present this endeavor to the general public. Here, among other things, they present their new patent, the "Kismama egg" (which is also a member of the "Déli Harangszó" product line). It's a strange name, but it's accurate, because they want to promote the spread of the product containing folic acid and omega-3 fatty acids in a natural way, but in increased amounts, and make it available even in large supermarkets that distribute food. Therefore, now in Csíkszentsimon, as an incentive, the hen's milk required for the production of such eggs is being handed over.

Among the innovations, I would highlight what the PhD student of the MATE School of Food Science summarizes as follows:

-The appearance of SALAdMI (which seems to me to be a combination of salad and salami based on the name - obviously not by chance) resembles salami, but in terms of taste and smell, it remains what it is: a vegetable. This is so true that it will initially be available in two flavors: red , according to current plans, has an Italian flavor and contains tomatoes and bell peppers; while the green will include seasoned spinach, broccoli and sugar snap peas. At the same time, the essence of the patent is the production technology, and in light of this, many other flavors can be considered. The special feature of SALAdMi is that, contrary to current trends, it does not even try to resemble real meat, instead it could be the "future of vegetables". It will also be high in protein, thanks to another University patent, eggs containing folic acid, iron, zinc and omega-3 essential fatty acids. The Szaladmi bar will also have a high fiber content. The developers also set a goal to be able to use for production those vegetables with defects in shape and size, which, although their quality is perfect, cannot be placed on the shelves of supermarkets.

The history of the discovery of the noiseless and non-explosive match, whose creator, János Irinyi, died in poverty is typical of the fate of most inventions in Hungary. In order for the new ideas to serve the next generation, it is necessary to connect the new university solutions, the manufacturers and the traders. Dr. Kálmán Böjthe therefore founded an innovation development and support company. The joint-stock company form provides the opportunity to participate for everyone who wants to help the market potential of young domestic inventors and share in their results. Guided by this idea, the company "Blue 7" offered a significant stake to the relevant university, MATE, since the professionals of the future are trained there, whose success is in the interest of all of us. With the mentioned date of October 22-23, the development of the joint-stock company entered a new phase, crossing our current political border and planning to conquer new markets. He involved additional partners and universities in the collaboration, which now seems to cover the Carpathian Basin. Negotiations are ongoing in Felvidék, and it also has a contractual relationship with Romania's most important agribusiness company.

And here we come to the enforcement of another important aspect. The overwhelming predominance of the destructive selfishness of modern capitalism remains an unsolved question. There are indeed attempts to bring the Christian perspective into the business world; but let's face it: it's fire and water. Up until now, it has been up to the driving forces, the entrepreneurs, to present the desired human face of capitalism. In our case, the figure of brother Csaba appears in the background of the aspirations. Another related aspect of the initiative is the continuous cooperation with the Szent Ferenc Dévai Foundation , whose support has become a priority. There can be no more important goal than helping those organizations that raise fallen children. Thinking further, in addition to a simple monetary donation, this enterprise wants to create support for the future of young people so that they can get to know the functioning of the market within the walls of the institute and produce part of their food needs. He wants to support these young people by showing them a vision of the future.

Through the grants of the joint-stock company, it teaches them how they can become part of economic life through cooperation and how they can survive in market conditions. While in childhood the foundation houses provided a safe home, when young people leave the sheltered environment and enter the world as young people, the job opportunities offered at the beginning of life can provide them with security through the company network operating in the company's moon court.

On October 22-23, there will not only be a product presentation in Csíkszentsimon, but there will be a line-up of Transylvanian companies that want to participate in this form of business.

We should pay attention to this initiative!
