Civil institution maintainers performing social tasks can apply for support for their higher than before gas and electricity bills, the State Secretary responsible for care policy of the Ministry of the Interior announced on Tuesday in Piliscsaba.

In the residential home of the Summa Vitae Foundation, Attila Fülöp spoke about the fact that there are many non-governmental organizations in the country that help the lives of our compatriots with disabilities or maintain temporary homes for families.

These institutions are also forced to face rising energy prices due to the bad sanctions policy created as a result of the war in Hungary's neighborhood, said the politician.

The government is helping and does not want to leave these institutions alone, the state secretary emphasized.

He said that on the website of Margit Slachta National Social Policy Institute, a call for support will be published during the day for civil organizations that carry out state social and child protection tasks; you can apply to support their increased overhead costs.

"Hopefully, with this measure, the government will be able to contribute to ensuring that these institutions can continue to operate safely," said Attila Fülöp.
