2023 is the year of the caring nation in national politics, János Árpád Potápi, the State Secretary of the Prime Minister's Office responsible for national policy, announced in a video published on his social media page.

János Árpád Potápi highlighted:

"In the last decade, our national community has become stronger. And the strength of our communities lies in the fact that we can count on each other. Nothing shows this better than the fact that we moved in unity at the outbreak of the Russian-Ukrainian war for our Transcarpathian compatriots."

The state secretary said: "Within the framework of our thematic year, we will continue and expand our programs with new elements that further strengthen the cooperation of our community.... "This year we will not forget about families either: we will continue to present a baby package to all families in need of maternity support, and we will also further strengthen the child health professionals network."

János Árpád Potápi announced: We will start again soon! game, in the framework of which children aged 6-10 can play not for themselves, but for their community, and in 2023 they will continue to support the cooperation and professional training of foreign teachers, as well as the children's camps.

Introducing the programs for the 2023 thematic year, the state secretary highlighted:

They will also continue the Unlimited program, which from this year will help the young people of the Carpathian Basin to get to know the traditions, history, and culture of each other's immediate environment even more with the new, exciting online study material "Roaming Unlimited" related to the Hungarian regions abroad. He added: The entrepreneurial mentoring program will be renewed throughout the Carpathian Basin so that experienced large entrepreneurs can help beginning entrepreneurs and each other.

János Árpád Potápi emphasized: "During the year, the State Secretariat for National Policy prepares several calls, within the framework of which we want to show the active care of the members of our nation, because Hungary is a caring nation."
