hirado ,hu reported that the operative group responsible for organizing the March 15 national holiday met. State Secretary Zoltán Kovács said in a video uploaded to his social media page: there is no obstacle to holding the events. Next Wednesday, many programs await those interested in the countryside and in Budapest on the anniversary of the 1848-49 revolution and freedom struggle. In the afternoon, Prime Minister Viktor Orbán will give a celebratory speech in Sándor Petőfi's hometown, Kiskőrös.

March 14, 4 p.m. – Kossuth and Széchenyi awards presentation

March 15, 09:00 a.m. - Ceremonial raising of the Hungarian flag

9:20 a.m. - Festive procession to the National Museum

10:30 a.m. - Ceremony in the Museum Garden

Between 10.00 and 18.00 - Open Parliament

Prime Minister's commemoration in Kiskőrös

March 15 at 3:00 p.m. – Prime Minister Viktor Orbán delivers a ceremonial speech in front of the Petőfi Family Home and Memorial Museum.
