Miklós Beer announced in his video blog. The bishop justified the generous offering by saying that when he moves to a nursing home, to a small room, he will no longer need the many items that have accumulated in his house over the years.
"I would like to rearrange my home, or more precisely, pass on the items that have been collected over the years, which I received from many dear acquaintances, friends, and students. Sooner or later, I will need to move to a nursing home, to a small room where I can no longer take these pictures, statues, and ornaments with me."

The county bishop of Vác wants to distribute everything during his lifetime, as he said: everything is for sale. If someone makes a donation for an item, he passes it on to those in need who always ask for his help.
"As my grandmother used to say: a dead man's shirt has no pockets.
Sooner or later, you have to reckon with the fact that God will call you home, and I can't take these items with me.
I keep the fond memories, the person of the gift givers, but I realized that I don't really need them anymore. I keep the nice meetings in my heart, but I want to get rid of the objects"
Miklós Beer explained.
He thanked in advance all those who "rearrange" his apartment, to whom he can give anything.
