How strange, what a coincidence! Of course, we are not saying that they waited three years, but the timing turned out to be quite interesting.

The Székely National Council's (SZNT) foreign affairs commissioner, Attila Dabis, was banned from Romania for three years on March 9, 2018, citing national security reasons, and the border police wrote in their justification that they "acted as a result of actions that threaten Romania's national security."

appealed to the District Court in Bucharest to annul the decision, and that's all they had to wait for: three years and a few weeks .

God forbid, according to the court's decision on March 31 , the banning decision became invalid, but Dabis' claim for compensation was not taken into account. It is a bit strange that the closure of the case had to wait until the previously ordered ban period had already expired.
