The picture above was published this afternoon on the social media page of the Minister of Justice Judit Varga, who, in agreement with the minister without portfolio responsible for families, Katalin Novák, defined the five most important measures that would make the lives of single-parent families easier. We quote Judit Varga's lines:

"Everyone agrees that the protection of our children is one of the most important issues that we must deal with. We must deal with the situation of single-parent families with empathy in order to provide them with the most effective help possible.

The Ministry of Justice is the co-sponsor of the law submitted yesterday to help the situation of single-parent families, in which the protection of children and ensuring the enforcement of their interests was our most important aspect.
In order to do this:
- we speed up child support lawsuits
- we provide procedural tools for uncovering hidden income

maintenance
of the child during the trial - we speed up the collection of child support fees
- we ease the situation of the person entitled to maintenance fees in enforcement proceedings.
By submitting the law, we took an important step forward, but we must continue the work. Because the protection of children comes first!"
