The Studium-Prospero Foundation, which coordinates the medical and artist housing construction program in Transylvania, announced that a two-story property was built for HUF 87.39 million on a 1,700-square-meter plot on Kárpátok Street in Borszék. A three-room apartment was created on the lower floor of the 331-square-meter building, and a four-room apartment on the upper floor. The latter can be converted into two two-room apartments if necessary.

János Árpád Potápi, State Secretary for National Policy, told MTI after the event: with the housing building program, the State Secretariat for National Policy supports staying and prospering in the homeland, and also contributes to overcoming the shortage of doctors. The state secretary believed that the doctor or doctor-couple who moves into the newly inaugurated building can wake up every morning knowing that he lives, lives and works in one of the most beautiful places in the world.

He said: the government used to support the program for the construction of doctor's and artist's apartments with 250 million forints annually, this year 300 million forints will be allocated for this purpose.
