I regularly follow the events of our country's politics every day, and I hear and read more and more worrying news in the press.
I have been a dedicated right-winger for many, many years, I have voted for the right every time in the free elections so far, and it will be no different in the future. During this time, I experienced several victories and, of course, defeats. Now, however, I look at next year's elections with increasing concern and fear.
I am worried because I see the results achieved by the Fidesz government over many years in danger. The left-liberals announce hair-raising program points and crazy ideas every day in the event of their election victory. I feel that they would erase all results, bring back the failed economic policy, make dissenters impossible, quarantine the right-wing press and journalists, and threaten them with prison. Hospitals and medical institutions would be closed again, services would be paid for, given to private hands, taxes would be raised, and family allowances would be abolished. They would build the whole country on aid again, giving free money to those who didn't work for it.
I retired after more than 50 years of actual employment with a satisfied pension contribution. I worked out this period with honor, and I do not want those who avoided work for years, were clever, and pocketed the money without paying taxes to be helped at the expense of my pension.
This left is pushing more and more aggressively, it is present in everyday life, successfully deceiving uncertain voters, while the right does not seem to have an adequate, firm answer to them. It seems to many that we have shrunk into a sleazy company, forced to be on the defensive. We should once again show them and the world that we are here, that we are strong, and that many of us strongly stand up for right-wing values! Let's show that we cannot be written off!
Let's organize another large-scale PEACE MARCH , because there is a great demand for it from the countryside too!
Please reassure me that I do not belong to only a dwarf minority with this wish, and that such an event is planned!
