On Wednesday, August 31, the Rákóczi Association will ceremoniously hand over 16 school buses to 15 Hungarian elementary schools operating in the highlands and on language borders in Szigetszentmiklós, in order to help children attend Hungarian schools.

The spring campaign related to the start of school buses in September had a positive effect, as 30% more children were enrolled in the first grade of the 15 Hungarian elementary schools concerned in April than in previous years. All this confirms that the number of Hungarian school voters can be increased with school buses in the affected areas.

Gergely Gulyás , the minister in charge of the Prime Minister's Office, will give a speech at the event Krisztián Forró , the president of the Federation of the Uplands, Irén Fekete , the president of the Slovak Association of Hungarian Teachers, and Csáky Csongor , the president of the Rákóczi Association.

Among other things, the principals and teachers of the schools involved, the mayors of the settlements, who will go home on the school buses after the ceremony, will take part in the festive event.
