It caused a huge protest, several politicians and the police union expressed their displeasure, so the supermarket chain stopped selling the board game, which was about how to beat a right-wing activist, wrote V4NA.

The board game, which was also sold by the French retail store chain FNAC under the name "Antifa", caused a huge protest on social media. The board game was originally created by the creators of the anti-fascist website La Horde (the herd), and according to their website, it was published by the publisher Libertalia.

THE ESSENCE OF THE GAME IS THAT THE PARTICIPANTS CREATE AN IMAGINARY ANTI-FASCIST GROUP AND ORGANIZE ACTIONS AGAINST THE GROWTH OF THE FAR RIGHT.

La Horde emphasized that the game was initially used as an educational tool for more than two years, and then decided to commercialize it in September 2021.

The game was sold by FNAC at a price of 25 euros, which caused extreme outrage on social media. Several people protested because of the exclusionary board game, several politicians of the right-wing National Compact condemned the game. Grégoire de Fournas, a representative of the Gironde county, mentioned that the goals to be achieved during the game include beating up a right-wing activist, attacking the gathering of the National Collapse and throwing a Molotov cocktail at riot police. At the end of the post, the politician asked FNAC whether they were ashamed of themselves.

Another member of the opposition party, Victor Catteau, called the distribution of the game completely outrageous, which he said

it prioritizes antifa groups that incite hatred and seize every opportunity to attack democracy with violence.

France's largest police union called on the department store to declare on Twitter whether it prioritizes anti-fascists who break, smash, set fires and behave aggressively at demonstrations.

FNAC responded to the police union's post. They wrote on Twitter that they understand if the marketing of the board game in question was offensive to some people, so they will take the necessary steps to ensure that the product is no longer available to them.

The department store chain kept its promise, they removed the board game from the online offer, although according to the information on their website, the product is available at their partner retailer at a price of 82 euros.

The publisher also sells the board game, which unfortunately seems to be very popular, because according to the information on their website, all copies have been sold. The board game is currently in print, but due to paper shortages it may take several weeks before it is available again, so orders will not be able to ship until January.
