Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky wished Ukraine victory in 2023 in his New Year's message on the page of his wife, Olena, the text of which was published on the official Telegram page of the Ukrainian government on Saturday evening.
In his message, Zelensky said that he does not wish for miracles, because these days Ukrainians create them themselves. As he said, he doesn't want true friends either, because he thinks the war has shown who they are.
Should we wish for true love? This year we felt it as strongly as never before. Should we wish for faith and hope? Both have been in the Ukrainian armed forces for a long time. Should we wish for the warmth of home? It is where we are with our loved ones. Shall we wish for light? It's something we all have, even when there's no power
