The solidarity of the Hungarian people at home and across the border is exemplary. We are good students of Christian civilization.

As we have seen, an important element of the fight against food inflation is the price cap applied to the eight basic goods.
The measure of the caring state affects all our compatriots who, due to their living conditions, need official prices until April 30. We can also thank the better-off for understanding one of the highest food inflation in Europe and tolerating it to the extent that it can be avoided.

Based on the above, it is necessary to check the price calculations of wholesale and retail chains of food suppliers. Food buyers expect that the companies with foreign interests that continuously invest in us "cry" with us now, because it is fitting that we can laugh together in the future as well. Remember that the 9% profit tax is a curiosity in Europe. In similar stores in the West, workers receive higher wages. Compared to the situation, energy costs in Hungary are low.

Pursuant to the above, customers rightly expect fair trade. Starting with the fact that Hungarian goods are not discriminated against, with selfish pricing and cunning business tactics, forget about the "mischief" of the thousands of products on the shelves, i.e. the overcompensation of the price cap.

Purchasing goods in bulk gives you the opportunity to negotiate strict prices. It is in the interest of all actors of the food chain to keep consumption at the same level. Retail chains play a decisive role in reducing inflation.

Finally, joining the irresponsible canon of the opposition parties in Hungary, or even conspiring against the temporary taxes imposed in Brussels, is not a path that the majority of Hungarians like. We can overcome often objective difficulties with mutual respect and common will.
