Folly of Youth! - we could arrange for Fekete-Győr to speak again with a wave, but it is somewhat more than that. The party leader and candidate for prime minister is now lamenting the fact that the prosecutor's office accuses him of the crime of violence against an official committed as an accomplice. We all remember well the incident in December 2018, when colored smoke grenades flew towards the policemen securing the Parliament building, including from the little duck of Fekete-Győr.

This is how he recalls the ominous moment in his current Facebook post:

The Fidesz prosecutor's office, led by Péter Polt from Fidesz, is asking for a prison sentence of 1 year and 6 months, suspended for 3 years - because two years ago, at a demonstration against the slave law, I dropped a purple smoker, which was also available in a toy store, between two police lines, after the police fired tear gas into people's faces without warning.

I understand that he uses the Fidesz epithet twice, as if for emphasis, it obviously does no harm to his audience to articulate well who is who in Hungarian public life, so Péter Polt must be identified. And, of course, the prosecutor's office, for those who don't know that Fidesz is in government, and as such, it is known to limit independence. Why Czeglédy, Gyurcsány, Lackner and their colleagues are still at large, especially in a public role, is a mystery, perhaps the reason is our peculiarly unique fascist dictatorship - it looks just like a democracy and behaves like one. It is pure luck that we have this putty group , a wonderful opposition association, which reminds us every day not to believe our eyes, because what we see is just a delusion. Let's believe them instead!

The explanation then provides additional tidbits, such as "dropping purple incense" into the police line. I can almost see Fegyőr rising above the crowd in a glorified manner, like an angel with curly curls, with a pearly laugh, and from a height of four or five meters, he blows a stylishly purple, lavender-scented incense on the policemen. He probably wanted to calm the mood with this, and wrap the smelly Hungarian policeman in a cloud of European fragrance.

We light it and then the smoke rises, and then it obviously gives the whole demonstration an extra... I don't know... factor

the party leader said this then and there. I wonder what factor he was thinking of?

"I threw a smoke grenade, along with a lot of other people, next to the police ," he added in December 2018, but now, in court, he already stated that "it is clear that this was a targeted, dropping move, that is, behind the police line, to the side, to the left I threw this smoke machine in that direction."

This is how the throw is tamed into a throw, or more precisely, into a throw with a falling movement, the greatest glory of democracy.

Because I didn't hurt anyone and I wasn't aggressive, I think there are historical situations when many thousands, many tens of thousands, go out into the streets. In 2006, by the way, I was there in front of the Gyurcsány government, I was very young, I didn't throw anything at anyone, now I threw a smoke canister at the age of 20, because they fired tear gas at ordinary citizens without warning, and I didn't like it. But I didn't hurt anyone

- he added, now in the court building, and this train of thought calls out for another explanation.

First of all, aggression and abuse gain a new meaning in Fekete-Győr's performance, and considering the events, we can wonder if any of us had thrown a smoke grenade at Gyurcsány's law enforcement agencies in 2006, what would have happened? A moment! We know what happened! And it didn't just happen to those who attacked official media, but to everyone who was in the wrong place at the wrong time. The policemen of the fine, socialist democracy - in other words: masked mercenaries in uniform without identification - shot people with rubber bullets, water cannons, tear gas, and hit them with vipers and stabbed them with swords. Many more were rounded up, beaten and humiliated, and then cynically laughed at their victims.

Despite this, Fekete-Győr draws a parallel between the two events, and what's more, he also confirms that he was indeed there in 2006, opposite the Gyurcsány government. It is better not to comment on the fact that he is standing by Gyurcsány right now - principles fall and new ones are born - but the events of 2006 and 2018 should be lumped together with such a difference that only in the latter case did Bandika suffer a gross atrocity from the fascist Fidesz , more than absurd. In fact, it would be outrageous if there were no accountability and it would be possible to attack official bodies - or anyone - with impunity. Throwing smoke grenades is aggressive and hurtful, especially if you target people with it, and whether you like it or not, it's time for Fekete-Győr to remember this as well. Just as it is reprehensible to threaten and attack journalists in the editorial office, or to threaten with statutory (see: felscúti-law) procedures.

One thing is certain: we will have to wait until September for the trial to continue, and even longer for the verdict. What kind of decision does the Hungarian court make? Will it be sensitive enough? And when is it timed? Banning from public affairs with a conditional prison sentence means banning from public affairs - even for a prime minister-candidate-candidate. Right, we get it…
