The liberal mainstream launched an unscrupulous fake news campaign against our country because we made it clear: it is the exclusive right of parents to educate their children about their sexual orientation. It doesn't matter what they say about us, we won't let that happen! Hands off our children! - wrote Foreign Minister Péter Szijjártó on his Facebook page, who also indicated that, at the same time, there were/are those who stood by us despite the terror of opinion, accepting the stigma and the false attacks.

The Hungarian position is shared, for example, by Polish Minister Mateusz Morawiecki, who said: children and families must be protected, but the spokesperson of the President of the Czech Republic also stated that attacks against Hungary are completely unacceptable.

The Hungarian position was also defended by the former Prime Minister of Slovakia, who is otherwise on the opposite political side of Fidesz. Robert Fico said: A law against pedophilia was adopted in Hungary, which deals with education about homosexuality, and then he asked the question: Is this a reason to expel a country from the EU?

But Czech Minister Andrej Babis, former Italian Deputy Prime Minister Matteo Salvini, and several European MEPs also argued in favor of the Hungarian government.
